At Gujiya Delights, we take pride in delivering high-quality sweets and snacks. Since our products are perishable and freshly made, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with Razorpay requirements.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@gujiyadelights.com with your order number and cancellation reason.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order under exceptional circumstances such as unavailability of ingredients, delivery limitations, or payment verification issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions:

a. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you cancel your order before it has been prepared or dispatched, we will issue a 100% refund of the paid amount.

b. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed due to a technical issue, or if a duplicate payment was made, we will initiate a full refund after verification.

c. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. After verification, we may issue a full/partial refund or send a replacement (if applicable).

Refunds are not provided for taste preferences or minor variations, as all items are handmade.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• The product was delivered successfully in good condition.
• Incorrect delivery details or recipient unavailable at delivery time.
• Cancellation requested after the product was prepared or dispatched.
• Issue not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (through Razorpay). Bank processing time may extend the credit period slightly.
